Please see my request below, which I originally sent on October 9, 2019. I did not receive a response from DRR. I have attached a signed release wherein the homeowner/account holder authorizes DRR to release records to Legal Services of Northern California ("LSNC"). Given the lack of response to my prior email, I would appreciate your office's response within one week.

Legal Services of Northern California ("LSNC") is assisting Cynthia Augustine, who also goes by Cynthia Ellington. Ms. Ellington owns the residential property located at 8148 Hearth Place, Antelope, CA 95843. Attached is a signed release whereby Ms. Ellington authorizes the County of Sacramento to release information to LSNC.
