I am performing a Phase 1 ESA on a property located at 2500 Sutterville Road, Sacramento, CA and 3717 W. Pacific Avenue in Sacramento, CA. This site has undergone remediation for underground storage tanks. According to GeoTracker the site was granted regulatory closure in April of 2007. The site was listed under "Dial One Painting" and was assigned a Sacramento County LOP number of F516; the CRWQCB Case Number was 341280. I am seeking the closure documentation, including the 4/20/2007 NFA letter as well as UST information, assessment reports, and any other documentation related to the remedial efforts at the site.
Additionally, I would like to view any HAZMAT, HMP, Hazardous inventories, and permits to operate for 2500 Sutterville/3717 W. Pacific Avenue.
The site is adjoined to the north by a UPRR property located at 3675 Pacific Avenue. GeoTracker lists this as an "open-inactive" remediation site. If SCEMD has any regulatory files associated with this site I would like to review those.
