I am tasked to ensure Fannie Mae properties are in compliance with local municipalities regarding code violations.

I have a property I am hoping you can assist me with or direct me to the best department contacts.

The information I am looking for is as follows (electronic format if possible):

 

 

 

   

 

 

  1. Copies of any OPEN code violations or notice letters attached to the property that could result in a fine/lien.
  2. Copies of unpaid invoices (with fee breakdown), fines, or liens relating to code violations (not utilities). Also email the associated violation notice letter.
         
             

If there are no violation letters, citations, unpaid invoices, or code violation liens on file if you would so kindly reply indicating so.
