We’re hoping to find a document that shows when the County and the owners of 9616 Micron reached an understanding that the lease would be renewed. That may have been when a term sheet was agreed upon, or when the first draft of the lease agreement was exchanged, or something like that. Anything you can find that would shed some light on that issue would be much appreciated. Also, if you have a fully executed copy of the Second Amendment, that’s be good to see, also.
