  2. Scoring Documents used by the customer to determine award to include the methodology provided to the evaluators for scoring.
  3. Any communications including, but not limited to, e-mails, letters, and faxes that assisted in determining the award.
  4. A complete copy of the contract with winning competitor (when available).
