RE: California Public Records Act Request -BOS Control No. 20160427-7 Dear Clerk,
Pursuant to our rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), we ask to obtain copies of the following for the FY 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015 to present date:
- Financial accounting of all funds received from Measure A I County Ordinance STA 04-01 including but not limited to federal, state and local matches, such as funds from, Sacramento Transit Authority, Public Transportation Accounts, Transportation Development Act (TDA-LTF and TDA-STA), State Transportation Improvement Program, Prop 108, Prop 106, Federal Discretionary Funds (TEA-21), Surface Transportation Program, Fixed Guideway Modernization, Formula Funds, Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ), funds received via SACOG, including Measure A Bond
- Financial accounting of how funds were allocated and which accounting funds the monies were deposited into and expended from, include a breakdown of funds to 1) Traffic Control & Safety, 2) Safety Streetscaping, Pedestrian & Bike Facilities, 3) Street & Road Maintenance and
4) Capital Projects.
- Accounting of specific projects funds were allocated to, with dollar amounts, dates, payees for said
- Provide project percent complete and timelines for projects concerning any type of Measure A
We ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of this letter, and an even prompter reply if you can make that determination without having to review the records in question.
Ifyou determine that any or all or the information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, we ask you to note whether, as is normally the case under the Act, the exemption is discretionary, and if so whether it is necessary in this case to exercise your discretion to withhold the information. If you determine that some but not all of the information is exempt from disclosure and that you intend to withhold it, we ask that you redact it for the time being and make the rest available as requested. In any event, please provide a signed notification citing the legal authorities on whom you rely if you determine that any or all of the information is exempt and will not be disclosed. Ifyou decide to deny the request, please cite the grounds for denial (California Government Code 6256.2).

We ask that you notify me of any duplication costs exceeding $50 before you duplicate the records so that we may decide which records we want copied. We prefer to receive electronic documents via email or flash drive. However, if that is not possible, please call me to pick up the records when they are available.
