The Director of Fleet Services has recently hired a consultant with the purpose of seeking the upgrades to the County's M5 Asset Works. She is requesting the following information: 1. Any and all documents, records, email, telephone and facsimiles related to the DTech project to upgrade the M5 system including the scope of work, names and classifications of the DTech employees assigned to this project. 2. Any and all documents, records, email, telephone and facsimiles related to the Department of General Services Fleet Services Division plans for fiscal years 2016-2017 through 2020-2021 including strategic plans, internal or external business partnerships, and or public/private partnerships. 3. A copy of any and all documents records, emails, telephone and facsimiles business related travel completed or contemplated for fiscal years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 including fleet-related trade shows including but not limited to Green Cities, NAFA Fleet Management Association and government-related software products and services etc. 4. A list of all County vendors for the Fleet Division of General Services including local businesses or services, regional business or services and national businesses or services for the last three fiscal years. 5. A copy of all documents, and records of communication including email, facsimile and telephone records; between Division of Fleet Services and "Asset Works". 6. A list of all Employees in the Storekeeper/Stock Clerk Series by name, classification, and years of service. 7. A list of all vacant positions in the Storekeeper/Stock Clerk Series. 8. A copy of all documents, and records of communication including email facsimile and telephone records; between the Division of Fleet Services and the Sacramento International Airport.
